Privacy Policy
Qtonz Pulse, the internal reporting tool of Qtonz (Forivalab). Effective 14 October 2026.
Who we are
Qtonz Pulse is operated by Qtonz (Forivalab) for its own staff. It is not offered to the public. Contact: kienua@qtonz.com.
What data we use
- Sign-in data. When a staff member signs in with their company Google account, we receive their name, email address and profile picture, to identify them and decide what they may see.
- Google Ads data. Through the Google Ads API we read reporting data from the Google Ads accounts that Qtonz owns or manages: campaigns, ad groups, spend, impressions, clicks and installs, by day and country. Access is read-only.
- Other reporting data. Reports from our own accounts with other advertising networks, ad monetization platforms and app stores, about the apps we publish.
We do not collect data about the end users of our apps through Qtonz Pulse beyond these aggregated reports.
How we use it
Only to show internal reports to authorized staff: daily results, campaign performance, revenue and return on ad spend. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties, except service providers that host the tool for us and are bound to keep it confidential, or when the law requires it.
Google API Services
Qtonz Pulse's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
Data is stored on servers controlled by Qtonz, sent over encrypted connections, and visible only to signed-in staff according to their role. Access credentials for the source accounts are kept on the server and never shown to users.
Retention and deletion
Reporting data is kept as long as we need it for our own reporting. A staff member's sign-in data is removed when their access ends. To ask about or delete your data, write to kienua@qtonz.com.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change, with a new effective date.
